Description:
Since packages in core seem to rely upon systemd.timers these days and people might not even have a cron installation anymore, it would be useful to ship atop with a systemd.timer instead of the cron job.

Alternatively, since atop functionality relies upon the data gathering job, cronie could be added to the dependencies.

Please report upstream, they already included .service and probably will include suggested .timer file
