Description:
I expect to be able to do `man docker` and get a man page, however I get: "No manual entry for docker". `pacman -Ql docker` reports that no man pages are supplied in the package.

Ubuntu ships a man page with it, so there *are* man pages available as well as a README.md.gz.

Additional info:
* version: 1.1.2 build d84a070

I noticed that the PKGBUILD uses ./hack/make.sh instead of running make directly, so perhaps this needs to be fixed upstream?

I understand your expectation. I suggest you to open this bug report into docker project. That make more sense to add the manpage upstream than downstream.

Regarding, using ./hack/make.sh, that's the recommended way of building docker. RTFM before asking.
