I'm sorry, but for tier 1 access (syncing from rsync.archlinux.org) you have to have been a reliable tier 2 mirror for some time. What's your current upstream mirror?

hello, i dont mind to be tier2. im syncing from rsync://ftp.uni-kl.de/pub/linux/archlinux/

Thanks, but you should know that uni-kl.de is a tier 2 mirror. You might want to consider switching to one of the listed tier 1 mirrors[1] for faster updates, although you don't have to.

Thanks, adjusted. I'll keep this open for tier 1 in a couple of months if there are no problems.
