Details

As always - new X release, new patches for Tigervnc. Several other changes this time as well:

- xorg116.patch replaces xorg115.patch
- xserver116.patch replaces the tigervnc-provided xserver114.patch

- move all patching into the prepare function (doing patching in the package function was particularly ugly)
- shuffle around configure options for Xvnc, we now use dri3 and present instead of explicitly disabling them
- move mesa from makedepends to depends, we want it at runtime as well, in particular we want swrast_dri.so, Xvnc will use it to provide opengl
- imagemagick hasn't been a makedepend for some time now, the tigervnc source contains pre-converted png icons
- change package description, Tigervnc isn't the VNC4 branch of Tightvnc, it's a fork of that branch and is developed by a different team of devs
