Weird, according to this commit must be listed [#1], but in
the .PKGINFO file (libsmartcols.so) is not listed.
Creating new installations with [testing] enabled fails because, curiously older libutil-linux from [core] is installed instead. PS: pacman still chooses libutil-linux from [core] instead of [testing] know bug of pacman?
