Description:
When connecting to a VPN, networkmanager-vpnc tries to write the pidfile to /usr/var/run/NetworkManager/.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect to a VPN (works for me however)
2. Look into journal

Steps to fix:
Configure "localstatedir" correctly
   networkmanager-vpnc-0.9.10.0-... (0.6 KiB)
