For the record, nsupdate was moved to the bind package with  FS#25801

I suggest to change that. Move nsupdate to dnsutils since it is useful by itself. I am using it for dynamic dns with a server having bind installed, and clients having only nsupdate installed. dnsutils will be installed so-or-so on a system with bind. And nsupdate by itself is not large, so not much of a problem if it is installed together with dnsutils.
