It looks like we don't have any of those sql libraries in [multilib] and I don't indent to add them unless they are needed by (very) popular software (that's the main point behind [multilib]).
Can you tell me why you need those libraries?
Because of attitude like this, there is plethora of packages in AUR that requires qt-base-git. Always something is missing in main qt-base (sql drivers, uitools, designer modules and more). I was managed to bypass this issue on my machine so You can close this report.
The main repos on the other hand should (at least IMHO) cover as many use cases as reasonably possible so if you are missing any modules there please ask for their inclusion.
Also if you really want something to be done it helps greatly if you provide that patch to the PKGBUILD and if you tell the maintainer that your PKGBUILD actually builds a working package (preferably in a chroot created by devtools). If you need to add new dependencies it helps if the quality of those PKGBUILDs is good (sadly not often the case with stuff I happen to pull in) since cleanup can take a lot of time and is a major factor why I defer requests requiring that.
Then again people don't work on Arch Linux in their free time so no guarantees anything will get included. No need to be aggressive.
