Description:

I'm using a non-permissive umask (077), and as a result tarballs created by mkaurball don't have the right permissions:

> tar tvf python2-subprocess32-3.2.6-1.src.tar.gz
drwx------ root/root 0 2014-07-23 22:24 python2-subprocess32/
-rw------- root/root 419 2014-07-23 22:24 python2-subprocess32/.AURINFO
-rw------- root/root 695 2014-07-23 20:35 python2-subprocess32/PKGBUILD

Additional info:
* package version: community/pkgbuild-introspection 3-1
