DetailsAs I know, in Frugalware -Qe lists packages which were installed as dependency and now they are not required by any package, which is much more logical than in Arch. (For example I couldn't use -Rs until it appeared in pacman). So I think both Arch's and Frugal's option should be selectable, which (I'm sure) could be done easily.

AFAIK this is implemented in Pacman 3.
