Where did this extension come from?

Try Thunderbird 31 with Lightning 3.3, seems to work for me.

The same happens after today's upgrade to Thunderbird 31 and Lightning 3.3.
The extension comes from Thunderbird add-ons installer.

So you're having a problem with an extension that doesn't come from Arch. Unless you can show that this is a Thunderbird problem, there's nothing we can do here.

'noexec' option for home partition was the problem in my case.
