Description: Vim ftdetect file dockerfile.vim is in the wrong location.

Line 45 should be patched:

-install -Dm644 'contrib/syntax/vim/ftdetect/dockerfile.vim' "$pkgdir/usr/share/vim/vimfiles/dockerfile.vim"
