Details

Description:
OpenJdk 7u60 integrates patches to improve font rendering. Result is perfectly noticeable on 7.u60_2.5.0-2.
More recent versions though seem to render text as before 7u60.

Steps to reproduce:
Run same application with font anti-aliasing enabled with 2 jre versions. Compare results. See attached screenshots.

It's because it caused problems for a lot of people. See  FS#40871
