"pacman -Sup" and "pacman -Supq" produce the exact same output. Both begin with

:: Starting full system upgrade...

It would be nice if the -q suppressed this message so only the pending updates were listed.

This was found when looking for fixes to
https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/41223
and -Supq would allow for a much cleaner fix.
