Description:

In the packages «uwsgi-plugin-python*», the «uwsgidecorators» module in "/usr/lib/python*/site-packages" is missing, therefore
a large number of features that cover a good part of the uWSGI API are lost :(

Fix:
* install -Dm644 $srcdir/uwsgidecorators.py $pkgdir/usr/lib/python*/site-packages/
