Description:
After upgrading from 1.7.1-6 I couldn't start licq as usual.
When trying to start licq from Xfce terminal, it reported this error: "[ERR] licq: Unable to load plugin (/usr/lib/licq/protocol_icq.so): /usr/lib/licq/protocol_icq.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

Since the config file structure was changed in 1.8.0, I tried to rename ~/.licq to start with a fresh configuration. Then the program can be started, but I cannot add any new account. In the list of plugins, the only plugin present is Qt4 GUI. Since 1.8.0, ICQ is moved from daemon (/usr/bin/licq is now also significantly smaller) and built as separate protocol plugin.

/usr/lib/licq/ contains only file licq_qt4-gui.so

This all leads me to conclusion that licq 1.8.2-1 has been compiled or packaged without the ICQ protocol plugin.

Additional info:
* package version: licq 1.8.2-1

Steps to reproduce:
Install and run licq 1.8.2-1 x86_64.
