Line 270 says:
typedef off64_t apr_off_t;

it should it be:
typedef off_t apr_off_t;

we aren't using 64bits afaik ;)

What's the problem of having it 64bit? This "bug" was in APR 0.9 and now also in 1.2.x. Changing a size type can seriously break other things, are you sure it has to be 32bit instead of 64?
