Description: The current version of snapper (0.2.3) includes
systemd timers and services, but they are not installed by
default. See
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/sn/snapper-git/PKGBUILD
for an example on how to do that.

While systemd timers are effectively NOT included in snapper 0.2.3
(see for youself the content of the source tarball) I went ahead
and implemented them in 0.2.3-2
