I'll put the following issues together -- sorry if I should have made separate reports...

1. With systemd-215, timesyncd creeped into /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants somehow... Can we remove it along with resolved, networkd, etc. from the PKGBUILD?

2. systemd-sysusers insists on putting 'dialout', 'tape' and 'cdrom' into /etc/group whenever /usr is newer than a timestamp file in /etc (i.e. pretty much on each upgrade). In archlinux these correspond to 'uucp', 'storage' and 'optical'. Since v215, doing this replacement in PKGBUILD is no longer sufficient. So perhaps Arch should reconsider its default groups, to avoid meaningless entries in /etc/group? A less likely solution is of course to mask
systemd-sysusers.service by default...

Thanks,
Leonid.

1. Yup, missed this.

2. I'd rather apply the same transformation we do to the udev rules which reference these groups. Changing these back to the upstream defaults would need to be part of a larger discussion.
