Description:
Under
http://labix.org/python-dateutil#head-2f49784d6b27bae60cde1cff6a535663cf87497b
you can see, that python-dateutil v1.5 is intended as sources for python2. The PKGBUILD uses v2.0 for both python2 and python3.

Steps to reproduce:
try to setup a review-site using rb-site from review-board: The script will complain, that the version of dateutil must be 1.5.

Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  v2.1 added support for both py3 and py2.
review-site should fix their dependency's.
