Often actions will result in a file not found error.

the miniserv error log in /var/log/webmin shows that

Authen::Pam is required.

I installed Cpan and installed and part of the install asks for the root password as a check.
The check fails.

Also after that Authen::Libwrap is required.

Cpan starts building the module but bangs out.

Can't really say as being honest haven't a clue about cpan.

Hi I had the Authen::Pam is required. bug and got webmin 1.710-1 working by running as root

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Authen::PAM
exit

hope this helps anyone in the mean time
