Description:
For a web application my server logs are flooded:

> CGI will be removed from the Perl core distribution
> in the next major release. Please install it from CPAN.

Can we remove CGI from perl package and introduce new package perl-cgi?

I've pushed perl-cgi and perl-cgi-fast to community.

I won't be removing CGI from perl yet in order not to break software that uses it but doesn't depend on perl-cgi/perl-cgi-fast because it was provided by perl.

I'll keep this report open until perl 5.22 is released.
