The vercmp comparison in post_upgrade in nfs-utils.install is apparently wrong, because on two PCs, when upgrading from 1.2.9-5 to 1.3.0-2, I did not get the message about the changes that needed to be done.

I was not alone in not seeing that message and not doing these changes breaks nfs, see https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=183444 and https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=183608
