I've just talked to 5+ people in IRC who've upgraded to xorg-server-1.0.1-5 which broke X. Whenever they try to start, it errors out with the message:

Fatal server error:
xf86OpenConsole: Cannot open /dev/tty0 (Permission denied)

(WW) xf86CloseConsole: KDSETMODE failed: Bad file descriptor
(WW) xf86CloseConsole: VT_GETMODE failed: Bad file descriptor

In all cases, this was fixed by downgrading to 1.0.1-4

Reason for closing:  Fixed
Additional comments about closing:  Fixed in -6. I renamed a file in the pkg dir after building and re-tarred the package to avoid a complete rebuild, forgot to use fakeoot when doing that action :(
