Well, every kio-* could be useful for something in Dolphin.

Yes, but only kio-mtp and kde4-kio-rapip are not in the kde-group.

No kio-* is in the kde group.

kio-*, true, kio-slaves wrong:
extra/kdemultimedia-audiocd-kio 4.13.2-1 (kde kdemultimedia)
extra/kdesdk-kioslaves 4.13.2-1 (kde kdesdk)
and all the kioslaves which are part of bigger packages.

Oh sure, no kio-* except those ship with KDE Software Compilation releases.
