/usr/X11R6/bin/makedepend contains a fixed path pointing to /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.2.1/include
So after upgrading to gcc 3.2.2, makedepend no longer worked. After changing the path to .../3.2.2/include (using a binary editor) everything was ok. But a tool like makedepend shouldn't contain a fixed path.
