Are you still interested in tier 1 status? If yes, is 128.122.215.45 still the correct IP for me to whitelist?

Updated you to tier 1. Please switch to one of the *_tier1 modules on "rsync://rsync.archlinux.org". You'll probably want "rsync://rsync.archlinux.org/ftp_tier1".

Could you also tell me your bandwidth?

Currently we have a Gigabit up-link with plans to move to 10 Gig over the next year.

Do you already sync from rsync.archlinux.org?

I'd also like to ask you to (if possible) sync every 2 hours or better every hour to keep delays for tier 2 mirrors low.

As discussed. Updates has been repaired.
They occur every two hours on the even hours.
We are pulling from rsync.archlinux.org/ftp_tier1.
