Description:

Cannot install additional software, as Java EE tools. Error log :

An error occurred while installing the items
session context was:(profile=epp.package.standard, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Install, operand=null --> [R]com.ibm.icu.source 52.1.0.v201404241930, action=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.touchpoint.eclipse.actions.AddSourceBundleAction).
The artifact file for osgi.bundle,com.ibm.icu.source,52.1.0.v201404241930 was not found.

Function works when download and execute the app directly from Eclipse web site. Works with Kepler version from "Packages : Extra"

Steps to reproduce:

Select Help>Install new software
Select "Eclipse Luna repository - http://download.eclipse.org/releases/luna"; from available web sites
Select the "Web, XML, Java EE and OSGi Enterprise Development" packages and validate

OR

Select Help>Eclipse Marketplace
Search jboss
Select Red Hat JBoss Developer Studio (luna) and validate

I can confirm this bug. Removing ~/.eclipse doesn't help either.

After a "diff -r" between the extracted content of eclipse package from test repo and the downloaded eclipse from eclicpse web site, I found the list of missing file (joined).
