Details

Description:
After the systemd 214 update, updating the database via pkgfile-update.service fails with

jun 25 22:30:06 pkgfile[859]: error: failed to create temporary file for download: Operation not permitted
jun 25 22:30:06 pkgfile[859]: error: failed to create temporary file for download: Operation not permitted
jun 25 22:30:06 pkgfile[859]: error: failed to create temporary file for download: Operation not permitted
jun 25 22:30:06 systemd[1]: pkgfile-update.service: main process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE
jun 25 22:30:06 systemd[1]: Failed to start pkgfile database update.
jun 25 22:30:06 systemd[1]: Unit pkgfile-update.service entered failed state.

It works correctly if I downgrade systemd to 213, updating directly via 'pkgfile -u' also works fine
