Allow TUs to search for pkgs that are not marked safe - trawling through the whole list to find them is no fun at all!

This is another patch I've made while guessing. I need to ask one of you guys how to get this set up correctly :P

This adds the sort by safety option next to the name link.

Jeff, are you really sure your patch is correct? Is it just me or you actually are adding a column header but never filling the column with data?

I'm not sure at all, as I couldn't set up a test aur on my machine for some reason... I haven't looked at the patch in a while, I'll fix it sometime.
