With the latest xf86-video-intel, OpenGL is choppy in fullscreen. This is KWin bug.

Btw, severity of this bug should not be low, since it affects not only fullscreen gl apps, but any app when effects are enabled, e.g. chromium is affected - it's completely non-usable without this patch against kwin.

Hmm, works fine for me without this patch with kde 4.14.0-1. I suppose it's already applied by upstream (maybe only for intel).

kdebase-workspace 4.14.0 is not in extra yet.

Yes, sorry about that. It seems that kdebase-workspace just hasn't been updated yet.
