This is totally related to http://bugs.archlinux.org/?do=details&id=408

The problem is that librsvg isn't a dep in the db, so isn't being installed when gtk2 is, but, after it's installed, pacman thinks that librsvg was installed, because the package said so.

This leads to something similar to race conditions where the system (and namcap, more importantly) thinks something was installed when it really wasn't.

Possible soultions, put the librsvg dep back into gtk2 or leave it out and add it to gimp. Both of those solutions means you have to rebuild gtk2. I'll leave the choice to you.

Sarah tells me that librsvg creates a circular dependency when it's on gtk2, this should also be considered.

p.s. -- what other packages need libsvrg and libungif other than gimp? (as i now need to add it everywhere)
