DetailsDescription: I have a NVIDIA Optimus card with digital output wired to the NVIDIA chip (HP ZBook 15).
In order to use external monitor I use intel-virtual-output to create virtual display, and then xrandr to set up virtual display. Details of my configuration are below. With upgrade to extra/xf86-video-intel 2.99.912-1 the external monitor stays black. Downgrade to extra/xf86-video-intel 2.99.911-2 solves the problem. Additional info: * package version(s) extra/xf86-video-intel 2.99.912-1 * config and/or log files etc. To activate external display I run: $ optirun true $ intel-virtual-output $ xrandr --output VIRTUAL4 --mode VIRTUAL4.738-2560x1440 --right-of eDP1 --primary My bumblebee configuration is attached. Steps to reproduce: Upgrade to extra/xf86-video-intel 2.99.912-1 |
