DetailsDescription:
After updating and python-pyqt4 and python2-pyqt4 to version 4.11-1, the pyrcc4 and python2-pyrcc4 executables seem to be missing. They are not in pyqt4-common either. The upstream documentation (http://pyqt.sourceforge.net/Docs/PyQt4/introduction.html#pyqt4-components) still mentions both pyuic4 and pyrcc4 as being part of the package, so this does not seem to a change in upstream (and I assume such a change would be major an warrant a version numbering change). The documentation does indicate that pyrcc4 is included only if Qt includes a copy of the XML module, so that might be related, but the module did work before upgrading, and the qt4 package has not changed recently. Additional info: * package versions 4.11-1 |

It seems their Makefiles use INSTALL_ROOT instead of DESTDIR now.
