Description:

I wanted to use `systemd-inhibit --what=handle-lid-switch` to handle my lid closing action from the command line.

I found the information on this from a unix.stackexchange discussion [1].

However, the command does not work on Arch Linux. It fails with the following error:

# systemd-inhibit --what=handle-lid-switch suspend
Failed to execute suspend: No such file or directory
suspend failed with error code 1.

What do I need to make this command work on Arch Linux?

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.

systemd 213-6

You're using it wrong, check the man page.

Anyway, since this isn't a bug, I'm going to close this. If you need support, please use the forums or mailing lists.
