DetailsPlease move the groups=() array into the package_util-linux() function to avoid adding libutil-linux to base and base-devel groups. libutil-linux shouldn't be in these groups as it pulled in as a dependency of util-linux anyway.

Fixed in SVN. util-linux 2.25 should be released in the near future (there's already an RC1 out) and will include this.
