Description:
After ffms2 2.19.r81.047b479-1 -> 2.19.1-1 update this  FS#39735  bug strikes again, and that's because new release did not incorporate all the commits and fixes from master but just one insufficient patch - see https://github.com/FFMS/ffms2/commits/2.19.1 - and "older" 2.19.r81.047b479-1 was actually newer than this one and it fixed the issue.
So i think we should continue with builds from master till the proper release finally surfaces.
