the new systemd 213 moved some functionality from systemd-networkd to systemd-resolved:

unfortunately, it seem the domain part of dhcp reply gets ignored and is not being written to /run/systemd/network/resolve.conf. only the nameserver gets written there.

it used to work correctly with 212. maybe an upstream bug but trying here first just to be sure.
