This task depends upon
Given the fact that once setup evolution-ews doesn't need evolution anymore to do its work, and the fact that you're looking for a way to integrate exchange into evolution instead of finding out what is needed to get evolution-ews running, I don't see the need for a dependency of even optdepend on evolution here.
