I cannot start libreoffice-draw, it says:

avahi_client_new failed.

I do not have avahi running.

Furthermore, if I run avahi-daemon then libreoffice-draw will exit silently with exit code 139

Why do I need avahi to run libreoffice-draw. Just no.

@legolas558, this has nothing to do with avahi. That error about avahi is harmless. The problem is that you need to install impress.
