Description:
after updating to 2.83-2 transmission-qt fails to start with following message [morgan@viral ~]$ transmission-qt QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. Application may misbehave. This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "xcb". Available platform plugins are: eglfs, kms, linuxfb, minimal, minimalegl, offscreen, xcb. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. Aborted (core dumped) I believe it's just missing libxkbcommon-x11 dependency |

Which is already an optdep of qt5-base.
Yes, it's missing it as dependence.
The problem should be fixed in 2.83-3 that is currently propagated
to [testing].
