Inkscape will not run if an outdated version of poppler is installed. The poppler package should be added as a dependency for inkscape: syncing inkscape will force a sync of poppler, and things should Just Work this way. |

Reason for closing: Not a bug
Additional comments about closing: We dont support partial upgrades. Forcing a new poppler just for inkscape will just break all other applications.
