Steps to reproduce:
Run cppcheck-htmlreport

$ cppcheck-htmlreport
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/cppcheck-htmlreport", line 10, in <module>
from pygments import highlight
ImportError: No module named 'pygments'


To resolve:
Add python-pygments as dependency
