Description:
This upstream buglet seems to take forever to land: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/xorg/lib/libX11/commit/?id=5dcb40f28d59587597d2ff6e6ac64c71cfe6ff7b Its effect is that every Qt program (in a UTF locale) spit the error message from subject to console or error log. For example: [rene@e600 ~]$ LANG=en_US.UTF8 texmaker "Qt Warning - invalid keysym: dead_actute" The fix (from the above link) is trivial and might be nice to add to the Arch package. That should be, with a hyphen between UTF and 8, "LANG=en_US.UTF-8
texmaker"
The libx11 typo is still present on my system but a Qt upgrade
just now seems to have silenced the error message...
