Description:
Whan i tryng to open power-managment, cinnamon-settings crashes

i get this error:

"__init__ took 119.674 ms
Loading Power module
/usr/bin/python2: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/cinnamon-control-center-1/panels/libpower.so: undefined symbol: up_client_get_can_hibernate"

* Cinnamon Version: 2.2.8
* UPower client version 0.99.0
* UPower daemon version 0.99.0

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open cinnamon-settings
2. Click on power-managment and BOOM it crashes.

Also the power-managment not working..
And i compile cinnamon 2.2.9 same problem..
