DetailsThe configure script checks for libkate. I think it should be added as a dependency for icecast 2.4.

It seems to be a codec for embedding subtitles in OGG streams

This Gento patch mentions that it isn't required for kate support, but at least the configure script checks for it, which suggests that it's used somehow.
So, i still vote for adding it as a dependency.
