Details

I flagged zip package out of date on 18/02/06. On checking today (22/02/06)
it had been flagged NOT out of date but has not been updated (latest release
is 2.31 on 11 March 2005 which has security update).

Maintainers have the ability to unflag packages. When looking on FTP, the package is not outdated, so I guess the maintainer unflagged it.

Yes, the maintainer probably unflagged it.

Passing to dorphell so he can upgrade to the security fix.

Sorry James, I didn't see the 2.31 release at the time. I was in a rush and just checked the source ftp site in the PKGBUILD which incidentally is an outdated mirror -- updating now.
