Description:
Te timeline is missing in Pitivi. When starting pitivi the place where the timeline is supposed to be just shows whatever was in the background of it when Pitivi was starting. This is under Gnome 3.12-2

Additional info:

Pitivi 093-3
Gnome-shell 3.12-2

* config and/or log files etc.
On startup Pitivi shows this:

The problem is on both my Lenovo W520 and Dell XPS12.
But if I run pitivi on my Lenovo W520 with primusrun (NVidia) everything works.
So it is probably Intel driver related.

I experience exactly the same problem on a Lenovo X230.

I experience the same problem too on my SONY SVP1322A1J.
Using Intel HD Graphics 4400.
