Description:
Current filename of the Vi package is: vi-1:050325-3-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz (replace architecture as needed).
The colon in the file name doesn't allow the creation of the file on a FAT32 filesystem.

While trying to run pacstrap on a FAT32 disc you'll get the following error:
error: could not open file /mnt/var/cache/pacman/pkg/vi-1:050325-3-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz.part: Invalid argument

I do not believe that there are many people out there needing an installation on FAT32, I believe that it should be supported.
Especially for portable/usb systems.

I am raising this to High severity because it affects arch installation.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
Vi (latest, 1:050325-3)
Installation with arch-install-scripts (latest)
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:
Use a FAT32 usb stick as a target for an arch installation.
Run: pacstrap /mnt base (as instructed by the wiki) either from another installation media or a computer running arch.
Wait for the download of files to complete and see the error message
