My prefered language is English, which I set in the settings, but I see AUR in Polish since today, maybe yesterday (if I didn't notice).

And if you go to https://aur.archlinux.org/?setlang=en (logged in), then navigate around, you still need pages in polish?

Then one can conclude that you must have misclicked somewhere. The language setting is stuffed into your cookie.

I never went to any ?setlang= URL so I there's really no chance I misclicked. ;) But if it's stored in the cookie, what is the language preference in the settings for?

If you Google search for an AUR package, it shows many language versions 'foo (en)', 'foo (pl)' etc. Maybe you clicked the Polish one.
Sometimes when people link to AUR package, they include the '?setlang=' in the url.
